is there a workout everyday?
  • we follow a 3 days on 1 day off routine
  • you'll still receive a rest day e-mail with recovery tips
  • you can do parts of the workouts or follow the whole thing.
  • it can also accompany other training or sports
can i train at home or does it have to be in the gym?
  • either works great. a gym will have equipment which gives you the most options
  • space at home or outside will work just fine
do i need equipment?
  • access to gym equipment would be an advantage as oit goves you options.
  • the workouts are designed to be completed with bodyweight movements and light/medium weights e.g dumbbells, kettlebells or household items, rucksack, bottles etc
  • a timer app is worth downloading
  • if you have no equipment, you can complete the workouts, however as you build strength you may feel it would be worth investing in some dumbbells for home.
can I change the workouts?
  • you can follow as much or as little as you like
  • the program is designed to be flexible around what time you have to give
i've never trained before is the workout for me?
